1. What warranty comes with the twin tubs?
All of our twin tubs come with a 12 month return to base warranty.
Should you have any electrical issues with your machine, simply get in touch and we will be able to either offer some advice from our inhouse engineer or an electrical repair on your twin tub if necessary.
Please note: We will offer a Pre Paid Return within 30 days of Delivery.

Unwanted Purchases
You must notify us of your intent to return an unwanted order within 7 days from the purchase date.

Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging.
A full refund of the product cost only will be processed.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

2. How much plumbing is required for the twin tubs?
There is no plumbing required for our machines, you simply plug it into a regular plug socket,
fill with water, and use the electric drainage pump included afterwards. It comes with pipes
that you can attach to your sink/nearby water source.
3. What is the wash and spin load capacity?
The wash load capacity is either 7.2kg, 6.5kg or 4.8kg depending on which size twin tub you
choose. The spin load capacity is 3kg for the smaller 2 machines, and 3.5kg for the largest
(7.2kg)
4. What is the wash and spin power?
For the 7.2kg and 6.5kg machines, the wash power is 460w and the spin power is 180w
For the 4.8kg machine the wash power is 240w and the spin power is 120w
5. How long does a standard wash take?
All of the machines come with 15 minute and 5 minute timers so you can choose how long
you wish to wash your clothes for.
6. Are there spare parts available?
Yes, we have all of the spare parts for the twin tubs available through this website with free
UK delivery.
